BIDDER IDENTIFICATION & REGISTRATION: All Bidders are required to be at least 18 years of age or older, and have a valid credit/debit card on file with “Bid.Wpaa.Net” to participate. Upon registration/logging into account to bid in a Simulcast Sale, a FULLY REFUNDABLE $300 deposit will be charged to the card on file, in the event you are a successful “winning” bidder, your $300 deposit will go towards your purchase and then becomes NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

AUCTIONEER: The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. However, if a dispute should arise among two or more bidders, online or local, the decision of the auctioneer shall become final and absolute.

CONDITION OF VEHICLES TO BE SOLD: All vehicles that are offered for sale are sold AS IS WHERE IS, NO WARRANTIES ARE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. All vehicles sold have been sent to independent Virginia State Safety Inspection Stations, (Some have passed, some have failed).

SIMULCAST BIDDING PROCESS: Simulcast sales events are held for buyers that can not attend live auction sales. Participating in a Simulcast sale, online buyers and in lane live bidders are legally bound by the same terms and conditions. By clicking the “instant bid” button, which is the “+100” button you are entering a legally binding sales contract and agreeing to pay your final winning bid price plus the processing fee associated with the purchase price. All necessary purchase documents will be emailed and must be signed electronically. Any and all deposits you leave will hold the vehicle for you for up to 3 business days. If the balance is not paid within the 3 business days your full deposit will be forfeited and the vehicle will be resold. All vehicles must be picked up and paid in full within 3 business days of purchase date. Any vehicle left on property beyond the 3 days is subject to a $25 per day storage fee.

REMAINDER BALANCE: The remaining balance of your purchase has to be paid using the following payment methods, Cash, Cashiers Check, Zelle, Bank Wire Transfer or Credit / Debit card. (Non pin card transactions subject to a 4% charge) CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS USED FOR THE FINAL BALANCE, MAY ONLY BE USED IN PERSON WITH GOV ISSUED ID MATCHING NAME ON CARD. NO CARDS ARE PERMITTED TO BE PROCESSED OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE OVER $300. NO DEALER PROVIDED FINANCING IS AVAILABLE ON ANY SIMULCAST OR IN LANE LIVE AUCTION VEHICLES.
